Objective : This study combined use of two dimensional ultrasound, color doppler mode and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,to manually superficial lymph node biopsy.Through the analysis of lymph nodes biopsy pathology results, this paper discusses the application value of ultrasound-guided in manually biopsy and contrast-enhanced ultrasound value in superficial lymph node biopsy. Objectives and Methods:50 patients(28 males and 22 females)who underwent manual biopsy of superficial lymph nodes in our department from September 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected.50 patients who underwent automatic ultrasound-guided biopsy from June 2012 to October 2015 were selected as the control group, including 23 males and 27 females.First in two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler mode to observe the size of the superficial lymph nodes, morphology, boundary, hilus structure and color blood flow distribution of ultrasonic acoustic image characteristics of ultrasonic imaging, after perfusion enhancement pattern of continuous real-time observation lesions and pathological changes in the degree of contrast enhancement, lack of blood supply and rich blood supply area, and then determine the safety puncture point,Under ultrasound guided biopsy manual or automatic biopsy, and remoes tissue pathological diagnosis.Results:1.Of the 100 patients, the comparison of general data between manual groupand automatic group showed that the location of enlarged lymph nodes had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),but the size of enlarged lymph nodes had statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Of the 50 patients, according to the contrast agent distribution points 2,Type? evenly enhanced 14 cases;Type ? uneven enhanced 36 cases.3.The success rate of lymph node biopsy was 96%(48/50)in the manual group and 96%(48/50)in the automatic group. The success rate of lymph node biopsy was96%(48/50)in 50 patients with superficial lymph node enlargement.4.Pathological diagnosis of biopsy: 24 cases of malignant lymph node lesions in manual group, including 17 cases of metastatic cancer and 7 cases of lymphoma;20cases of benign lesions, including 2 cases of reactive hyperplasia,17 cases of lymphadenitis and 1 case of uncertain specific nature, but can determine the benign lesions;4 cases can not obtain clear histopathological results. There were 31 malignant lesions in the automatic group, including 28 cases of metastatic cancer and3 cases of lymphoma;11 cases of benign lesions, including 3 cases of reactive hyperplasia and 8 cases of lymphadenitis;6 cases of tissues could not obtain clear histopathological results.Conclusions:1.According to the results of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the different enhancement areas are used for puncture, which improves the success rate and accuracy of the biopsy and reduces the risk of surgery, and provides a more accurate theoretical basis for clinical correct guidance.2.Ultrasound-guided manual biopsy is flexible, and the ultrasound section is flexible, accurate, and performed under real-time observation. It has great application value in the qualitative diagnosis of enlarged lymph nodes.
