Expression Of Transformer 2β Protein And MRNA In Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective:In this experiment,we want to verify the expression of Tra2β protein and Tra2β mRNA in OSCC tumor and adjacent tissues.Methods:We used Western blot and Real-time PCR to analysis the expression of Tra2β protein and Tra2β mRNA in twenty-two cases of OSCC tumor and adjacent tissues.Results:The relative expression level of Tra2β protein in twenty-two cases of OSCC tumor tissues(0.613±0.080)were higher than adjacent tissues(0.072±0.011)(P<0.001).The relative expression level of Tra2β mRNA in twenty-two cases of OSCC tumor tissues(1.586±0.298)were higher than adjacent tissues(1)(p<0.001).Conclusion:Our results showed that the expression trend of Tra2β protein and Tra2β mRNA is consistent in twenty-two cases of OSCC.The relative expression level of Tra2β protein and mRNA were significantly higher in twenty-two OSCC tumor tissues compared with adjacent tissues.
