The Operative Treatment Of Complex Acetabular Fracture

Objective:To study the operative method and efficacy for the complex fracture of acetabulum.Methods:thirty-five cases of the complex fracture of acetabulum were treated by internal fixation and functional exercise at earlier period.The result of functional restoration was analysed.Results:After follow-up from 9 to 30 months,average 18.5 months,the reduction was sat-isfactory.Joint functions were anatomic reduction in 19 cases,excellent in 8 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor 2 case.The rate of excellent and good function was82.9%.Conclusion:The complex fracture of acetabulum can get good efficacy about functional recovery with internal fixation,functional exercise at earlier period and a right operative approach.
