| Objective:To explore the evaluation of microcirculation in patients with coronary atherosclerosis by MDCT myocardial perfusion. Methods:Sixty patients(34 males and 26 females)with coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris were collected.According to the history of CHD and their age, they were divided into four groups: A,B,C and D.The course of disease in group B was 5~10 years, and the age was 65~75 years. The course of disease in group C was more than 10 years, and the age ranged from 55 to 65 years.Group D course of more than 10 years, the age of 65 ~ 75),using multiple row helical CT MPI on 60 cases, the image data post-processing,observe the MPI imaging characteristics, and the four groups of patients with myocardial blood flow(MBF),blood volume(MBV),average(determined by MTT)through time,Tmax(TTP),contrast to delay(IRF T0)for quantitative analysis. The results were independently assessed by two senior radiologists Results:BV and TTP values in group C were lower than those in group A(4.97±0.53 ml/(100g·min)vs 7.80±0.73 ml/(100g·min),4.56±2.49 s vs7.03±2.21s),and MTT and IRF T0 were higher than those in group A(20.33±3.88 s vs 15.98±3.41 s,3.23±2.10 s vs 1.74±1.92s).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).BV and TTP values in group D were lower than those in group B(5.01±1.02 ml/(100g·min)vs 110.93±35.16 ml/(100g·min),5.02±0.12 s vs 6.95±0.32s),and MTT and IRF T0 were higher than those in group B(18.95±5.21 s vs16.35±0.25 s,3.90±0.32 s vs 2.05±0.03s).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in BV,BF,MTT,TTP and IRF T0 between group A and group B,group C and group D(P > 0.05).Conclusion:MDCT myocardial perfusion imaging can assess microcirculation changes in patients with coronary heart disease and provide more detailed and objective quantitative basis for clinical treatment decisions and prognosis prediction of patients. |
