| Objective: By reporting a case of “liver dysfunction with fever and renal dysfunction” as the main clinical manifestations of autoimmune hepatitis-like drug-induced liver injury(AIH-like DILI,AL-DILI) cases of clinical diagnosis and treatment,Summarize the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AL-DILI,so as to enhance the understanding of AL-DILI and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of AL-DILI.Drug-induced liver injury is one of the most common and most serious adverse drug reactions,It can even lead to acute liver failure and even death. The prediction and assessment of the risk of drug-induced liver injury is crucial for the prevention of drug-induced liver injury. This article focuses on the risk prediction and assessment of idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury.Method: The clinical data of a patient with AL-DILI were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AL-DILI were summarized based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad and the latest medical treatment guidelines. Conclusion: AL-DILI and drug-induced AIH are involved in drug and autoimmune factors, which are difficult to identify clinically.Liver histopathological examination is feasible when necessary. The treatment method and prognosis are different. It is necessary to closely follow DILI patients, which may develop into AIH.It needs to be differentiated from drug-induced AIH to avoid unnecessary long-term hormone therapy. |
