Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Method Reinforcing Earth To Generate Metal Combined With The Six-character Formula Of Physical Exercise In Treating Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Remission Period With Stable Lung And Spleen Qi Def

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of method reinforcing earth to generate metal combined with the Six-Character Formula of Physical Exercise in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission period with stable lung and spleen qi deficiency.To play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Method:According to the digital random table,64 cases of the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome of COPD in remission period patients were randomly devided into two groups with 32 patients in each,including the test group and the control group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,the test group on basis of the control group with modified Liujunzi Decoction and Six-Character Formula of Physical Exercise.The course of treatment was 30 days,Two groups were observed before and after treatment and between the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs,TCM score,pulmonary function,m MRC CAT score.And evaluated the clinical efficacy and the safety by testing the three routine and liver function,kidney function and ECG.Result: 1.Compared between curative effect:After treatment for 30 days,the curative effect in the test group and the control group were improved(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the test group was better than that in the control group.(P<0.01).2.Compared between lungs function:After treatment for 30 days,both groups can improve the patient's FEV1% and FEV1/FVC%(P<0.05),and the improvement of pulmonary function in the test group was higher than that in the control group.(P<0.05).3.Compared between TCM syndrome score:After 30 days of treatment,both groups can improve the scores of TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the improvement of TCM syndrome score between the two groups.(P<0.05).4.Compared between m MRC:After 30 days s of treatment,the test group could improve the m MRC of patients.,(P<0.05).No obvious differences in the control group(P>0.05).5.Compared between CAT:After 30 days of treatment,both groups could improve the score of CAT in patients(P<0.05),and the improvement of CAT score in test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.Compared with the security:During the observation,there were no significant abnormalities in the three routines,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram of the subjects.Conclusion: using the method of reinforcing earth to generate metal combined with Six-Character Formula of Physical Exercise in treating patients with COPD is effective.It can improve the dyspnea,pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with COPD in stable stage.No toxic side effects were found.
