Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction Treated By Shenqi Baoxin Decoction(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Observation

Objective:Through randomized and controlled trials,observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Baoxin Decoction in the treatment of HFpEF(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and explore the therapeutic effect and safety of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on HFpEF.Safety provides an effective treatment idea for ejection fraction retention heart failure.Methods: Collected 60 patients who meet the requirements in Sichuan Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient department of Cardiology and Department of Cardiology inpatient department according to the diagnostic criteria of HFpEF.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group use the Shenqi Baoxin Decoction on the basic treatment of Western medicine,while the control group used western medicine alone,4 weeks as a course.Observing therapeutic action of the two rows after the end of the experiment,using statistical software SPSS23.0 statistical analying,P < 0.05 have clinical significance.Results:1.the total curative effect of two groups of patients with heart failure,treatment group total effectiveness 93.0%,control group total effectiveness 76.6%,treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).2.two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total integral comparison of differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).According to the independent sample rank sum test,the differences were statistically significant in the palpitations,shortness of breath,chest pain,lower extremity edema,and cervical blue tendon exposure(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups in the cyanosis group(P>0.05).3.The treatment group improved the heart function,N-terminal B-type diuretic peptide precursor,6-minute walk test,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score,etc.,the effect was better than the control group(P<0.05),cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indicators,the two groups were compared There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The two groups before and after medication safety index had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Shenqi Baoxin Decoction was safety and reliable on treating the Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,including cardiac function,symptoms of TCM,the quality of life,and exercise performance.However,short course oftreatment has no obvious effect on improving the structure of the heart.This test shows that TCM syndrome differentiation has an important role in the individualized treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure.
