Objective :In this experiment,the effects of different proportions of Astragalus,Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus on the blood flow of common carotid artery and renal artery in blood deficiency model rats were investigated,and the correlation between blood deficiency syndrome and blood flow changes of main tissues and organs was discussed.The scientific connotation of deficiency syndrome,and the possible mechanism of qi-blood-forming blood from the regulation of blood flow of tissues and organs by Danggui Buxue Decoction.Methods:According to the method of randomization of body weight,56 SD rats were divided into seven groups,namely blank group,control group,angelica group,Huangqi group,Zigui 5:1 group,Zigui 1:1 group,Zigui 1: 5 groups.The blood deficiency model was replicated by the combination of acetophenone(APH)plus cyclophosphamide(CTX).The acetaminophen(APH)was injected subcutaneously on the second and fifth days of the experiment,and the intraperitoneal injection ring was started on the fifth day.Phosphoramide(CTX)was administered intragastrically on the first day of the experiment for four consecutive days.Except for the blank group,the model group was given saline,and the other groups were administered with the corresponding drug solution.Twelve days,the relevant indicators were tested on the thirteenth day of the experiment.Brain and renal blood flow was measured and recorded by measuring the blood flow of the carotid and renal arteries using a Transonic Ultrasonic Flowmeter and a PowerLab Biosignal Acquisition System.After the end of the blood flow measurement,blood was taken from the abdominal aorta,and thered blood cell,hemoglobin,and hematocrit were detected using an automatic blood cell analyzer.Results:1.Blood deficiency model preparation resultsExcept for the blank group,the rats in the third injection of cyclophosphamide showed different degrees of mental wilting,and the response to external stimuli decreased.The hair,claws,ears,tails and other parts were pale,and they were curled up and covered with hair.The amount of red blood cells,hemoglobin and hematocrit in the model group was significantly lower than that in the blank group,which was consistent with the standard of blood deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.2.Comparison of brain and kidney blood flow and peripheral blood picture between normal rats and blood deficiency rats.Compared with blank rats,blood deficiency rats not only reduced blood components,but also the main organs and kidneys(the common carotid artery and renal artery).)Blood flow is also significantly reduced.2.The blood flow of blood-deficiency rats was significantly reduced compared with the normal rat common carotid artery and renal artery.The experimental results showed that the blood flow of the common carotid artery in the blank group was 10.26±1.17(ml/min),and the blood flow of the common carotid artery in the model group was 4.63±0.56(ml/min).Compared with(P<0.01),the blood flow of the renal artery in the blank group was 3.18±0.24(ml/min),and the blood flow of the renal artery in the model group was 1.12±0.23(ml/min).Compared with the model group(P<0.01).The results showed that blood flow in the common carotid artery and renal artery of rats with blood deficiency was significantly reduced.3.The effect of different proportions of Astragalus and Angelica on the red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocrit of blood deficiency rats.The experimental results showed that the different ratios of Astragalus and Angelica had significant effects on the improvement of red blood cells in rats with blood deficiency.The ratio of the red blood cells to the model group(66%)was66.42±22.75(P<0.05).The rate of increase in the model group was 33.08±9.65(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 1:5 group was higher than that in the model group(%)was 77.45±17.82(P<0.05);The ratio of the 1:1 ratio of erythrocytes to the model group was 196.49±34.40(P<0.05).The ratio of jaundice to angelica to 5:1 was higher than that of the model group(%)was 120.20.±29.87(P<0.05).The experimental results showed that the different ratios of Astragalus and Angelica had significant effects on improving hemoglobin in blood-deficiency rats.The ratio of hemoglobin to hemoglobin in the model group was 66.21±20.88(P<0.05).The hemoglobin group in the Huangqi group was higher than hemoglobin.The ratio(%)of the model group was 42.35±14.33(P<0.05);the ratio of the hemoglobin to the model group of the 1:5 group was 74.93±23.56(P<0.05);The ratio of the ratio of the hemoglobin to the model group was123.56±30.18(P<0.05),and the ratio of the hemoglobin to the model group(%)was 100.19.± 26.76(P < 0.05).The experimental results showed that the different ratios of Astragalus and Angelica had significant effects on increasing hematocrit in rats with blood deficiency.The ratio of the hematopoietic group to the hematocrit was higher than that of the model group(%)was 58.40±29.80(P<0.05).The ratio of the hematocrit to the model group was increased by 25.16±15.94(P<0.05).The ratio of the hematocrit to the ratio of the hematocrit to the group of 1:5 was higher than that of the model group(%)was 62.57±30.65.(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice toangelica in the 1:1 group was higher than that in the model group(128%),and the ratio of jaundice to angelica was 128.77±38.09(P<0.05).The ratio of jaundice to angelica was 5:1.The ratio(%)of the product to the model group was95.51±34.08(P<0.05).4.The effects of different proportions of Astragalus and Angelica on the blood flow of common carotid artery and renal artery in rats with blood deficiency.The experimental results showed that the ratio of the blood flow of the common carotid artery to the model group was 33.96±10.88(P<0.05).The ratio of the blood flow of the common carotid artery to the model group was 18.89±9.67.(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 1:5 group was higher than that in the model group(%)was 36.22±7.44(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica was 1:1.The ratio of arterial blood flow to the model group was increased by 51.81±7.17(P<0.05).The ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 5:1 group was higher than that of the model group(%)was 68.83±13.13(P < 0.05).The experimental results showed that the ratio of the renal artery blood flow in the Angelica group to the model group was 53.13±13.43(P<0.05).The ratio of the renal artery blood flow in the Huangqi group to the model group was 25.71±10.29(P< 0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 1:5 group was higher than that in the model group(%)was 55.18±18.30(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica was 1:1 group.The rate of increase in group(%)was 80.31±16.91(P<0.05);the ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 5:1 group was higher than that in the model group(%)was 120.29±15.17(P<0.05).5.The ratio of the different ratios of Astragalus and Angelica to the blood flow of the rats with blood deficiency was lower than that of the renal artery.The experimental results showed that the ratio of the carotid blood flow to the model group was 33.96±10.88(P<0.05),and the ratio of the renal artery blood flow to the model group(%)was 53.13±13.43(P< 0.05);the ratio of carotid blood flow to the model group was 18.89±9.67(P<0.05),and the ratio of renal artery blood flow to the model group was 25.71±10.29(P<0.05).The ratio of Astragalus to Angelica in the 1:5 group was higher than that in the model group by 36.22±7.44(P<0.05),and the ratio of renal artery blood flow to the model group was55.18±18.30(P<0.05).The ratio of jaundice to angelica was 1:1,the ratio of carotid blood flow to model group was 51.81±7.17(P<0.05),and the ratio of renal artery blood flow to model group was 80.31±16.91(P<0.05).The ratio of jaundice to angelica in the 5:1 group was 64.83±13.13(P<0.05),and the ratio of renal artery blood flow to model group was 120.29±15.17(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Blood deficiency is not only related to the reduction of blood components,but also related to the blood flow loss of tissues and organs caused by abnormal blood distribution function.2.Different ratios of Astragalus and Angelica have obvious improvement effects on red blood cells,hemoglobin and hematocrit caused by blood deficiency.The effect of Astragalus membranaceus 1:1 is the best.The compatibility of Astragalus and Angelica in different proportions is the neck caused by blood deficiency.The reduction of blood flow in the common arteries and renal arteries also had a significant improvement.The improvement effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the 5:1 compatibility was the best.Explain that the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine plays a major role in the function.3.Danggui Buxue Decoction "Breathing Qi-Blood-Blood" may not only supplement blood components to supplement blood,but may also affect blood distribution by using five times as much as jaundice and double angelica toregulate vascular tone.related.4.Danggui Buxue Decoction is selective for the regulation of blood flow in brain and kidney,and its mechanism may be related to vascular heterogeneity.It is indicated that the regulation of blood flow by qi is based on the “on-demand allocation”of physiological and pathological conditions of the body,rather than a simple average distribution.
