| Objective:Through observing the experience prescription TQMM IV with the function of shugantongqiao on the visual function and body constitution of primary angle-closure glaucoma with liver depression,the correlation between the visual function and body constitution was discussed,providing a new idea for the prevention and treatment of glaucomaMethods:To observe 40 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the day of December 31,2017 who met the inclusion criteria.Male or female,age40-70,4 weeks of treatment.The changes of vision and body constitution of liver depression were observed before and after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks.Changes of visual field and optical coherence tomography(OCT)before and 4 weeks after administration.Data processing using the SPSS22.0 software packageResults:1.The body constitution and vision changes after a week of treatmentThe body constitution integral was tested by paired t-test,t=8.530,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.The vision integral was tested by paired t-test,t=1.757,P=0.083>0.05,showing differences and no statistical significance.The efficacy of body constitution and vision after 1 week of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=54.549,P=0.000<0.0 1,with significant differences and statistical significance.After 1 week of treatment,the improvement of the patient’s body constitution was significantly better than the improvement of vision2.The body constitution and vision changes after two weeks of treatmentThe body constitution integral was tested by paired t-test,t=8.707,P=0.000<0.0 5,with significant differences and statistical significance.The vision integral was tested by paired t-test,t=1.925,P=0.058>0.05,showing differences,but no statistical significance.The efficacy of body constitution and vision after 2 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=33.451,P=0.000<0.01,with significant differences and statistical significance.After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of the patient’s body constitution was better than the improvement of vision.3.The body constitution and vision changes after three weeks of treatmentThe body constitution integral was tested by paired t-test,t=10.368,P=0.000<0.05,indicating significant differences and statistical significance.The vision integral was tested by paired t-test,t=8.3 79,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.The efficacy of body constitution and vision after 3 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=12.416,P=0.000<0.01,with significant differences and statistical significance.The results indicated that after 3 weeks of treatment,the vision and body constitution of the patients were significantly improved,and the improvement of body constitution was better than the improvement of vision.4.The body constitution and vision changes after four weeks of treatmentThe body constitution integral was tested by paired t-test,t=12.647,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.The vision integral was tested by paired t-test,t=11.1 96,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.The efficacy of body constitution and vision after 4 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=1.633,P=0.201>0.01,showing no significant difference and no statistical significance.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was little difference in body constitution and vision5.Changes in visual field after four weeks of treatmentThe mean defect integral was tested by paired t-test,t=2.4 12,P=0.018<0.0 5,indicating significant differences and statistical significance.The efficacy of body constitution and mean defect after 4 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=2.647,P=0.104>0.01,showing no significant difference and no statistical significance.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was little difference in the efficacy of the patients in body constitution and visual field mean defectsThe VFI integral was tested by paired t-test,t=4.674,P=0.000<0.05,indicating significant difference and statistical significance.The efficacy of body constitution and VFI after 4 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=5.654,P=0.017>0.01,showing no significant difference and no statistical significance.It indicates that after 4 weeks of treatment,there is little difference in the efficacy of patients in body constitution and VFI6.Changes in RNFLT after four weeks of treatmentThe RNFLT integral was tested by paired t-test,t=25.867,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.The efficacy of body constitution and RNFLT after 4 weeks of treatment was tested by x2-test,x2=5.007,P=0.025>0.01,with no significant difference and no statistical significance.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was little difference between body constitution and RNFLT efficacyConclusion;1.The method of ShuGanTongQiao can not only improve the visual function,but also can significantly improve the body constitution,improve the quality of life of patients2.The method of ShuGanTongQiao for primary angle-closure glaucoma with liver depression constitution improvement prior to the improvement of vision3.The method of ShuGanTongQiao can not only control glaucoma optic nerve damage brought visual function damage,but also can effectively improve visual function4.The method of ShuGanTongQiao may promote glaucoma optic nerve regeneration5.Body constitution improvement may be an important factor affecting the improvement of glaucoma visual functionTherefore,ShuGanTongQiao is an important direction of protecting the optic nerve in glaucoma. |
