Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Beats Of Coronary Heart Disease (Deficiency Of Qi And Yin) With Xinjining

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Xinjining on ventricular premature beat in patients with coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and Yin by comparing the number of ventricular premature beats before and after treatment,efficacy of ventricular premature beats and TCM syndrome points.Methods:Thirty patients were collected from the outpatient department of cardiovascular diseases,the first affiliated hospital of the university of Chinese medicine.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,30 patients with premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and Yin were treated with Xinjining.Four weeks is a course of treatment.The number of PVCS and TCM syndromes of 24 h ECG before and after treatment were observed and recorded.SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Result:1.Comparison of total score of TCM syndromes: the total score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of single TCM syndrome points: before and after treatment,single TCM syndrome points decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of ventricular premature beats: before and after treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats was significantly reduced,and the clinical efficacy was significant,with statistically significant differencesConclusion:1.Xinjiningcan effectively reduce the total TCM syndrome points of coronary heart disease(CHD)with both deficiency of qi and Yin.2.Xinjining can effectively reduce the single TCM syndrome integral of coronary heart disease(CHD)with both deficiency of qi and Yin.3.Xinjining significantly reduced the number of PVCS in CHD patientswith qi and Yin deficiency.
