Research On The Rule Of Medicine Of Hyperprolactinemia By Professor Wang Xiuxia

Objective:Based on the statistics of Professor Wang Xiuxia’s medication regularity in treating hyperprolactinemia,this paper summarizes Professor Wang Xiuxia’s diagnosis and treatment ideas and clinical experience in treating this disease,and provides scientific basis for inheriting the experience of famous and old TCM doctors in clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperprolactinemia.Methods: Professor Wang Xiuxia was collected for the clinical treatment of hyperprolactinemia.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the first prescription of 135 patients was collected.Data sheets were created using Microsoft Excel 2007.According to the "Chinese Medicine"(General Higher Education TCM Planning Textbook),the names,tastes,return to classics and efficacy of each drug were recorded separately,and the frequency,frequency,core drug class,medicinal properties and return to classics of each drug were counted.The common drugs were summarized,and for the cluster analysis of drugs with frequency >20 times,summarize the relationship between Professor Wang Xiuxia’s treatment of hyperprolactinemia and drug,and its treatment experience.Results: In the first prescription of 135 patients with hyperprolac tinemia,80 flavors of drugs were used,which used a total of 1770 times,including 12 flavors of high-frequency drugs,Yuanzhi,Qingpi,Danggui,Chishao,Fritillaria,Poria God,Pinellia,Chuanxiong,Tongcao,Xiangfu,Achyranthes,and Clam Shell can be summarized as Professor Wang Xiuxia’s main drug for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia.According to the statistical results,the statistical analysis by drug four gases,the cold drug is the main use frequency,the frequency of use is up to 42.82%,followed by the warm(micro-temperature)drug,the flat drug,the heat drug,the cooling drug;The statistical analysis of five flavors of the drug,the main use of hot taste drugs was 33.98%.The second bitter(micro-bitter)drug was 31.82%,and the sweet(micro-flavor)taste was 23.03%.According to the statistical analysis of return of the drug,the main liver was passed.The frequency of use was 23.65%,followed by 17.22% of heart and 13.82% of spleen.According to the statistical analysis of drug efficacy,the frequency of reuse of blood-activating and Stasis-removing drugs was 21.86%,followed by 14.2% of liqi drugs and the 12.09% of resolving phlegm and relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs.Through cluster analysis,a total of 3 pairs of commonly used drugs and 1 group of commonly used drugs were obtained.Conclusions:1.Summary of Professor Wang Xiuxia’s medication rule for treatment of hyperprolactinemia(1)Yuanzhi,Qingpi,Danggui,Chishao,Fritillaria,Poria God,Pinellia,Chuanxiong,Tongcao,Xiangfu,Achyranthes,and Clam Shell are the main drugs for treating hyperprolactinemia by Professor Wang Xi uxia.(2)Blood-activating and Stasis-removing medicine,liqi medicine,resolving phlegm and relieving cough medicine are the main drug cate gory of Professor Wang Xiuxia for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia.(3)Cold;hot,bitter,sweet;liver,heart,spleen are the main sexual taste and return to classics of Professor Wang Xiuxia for the tre atment of hyperprolactinemia.2.Professor Wang Xiuxia’s Experience in Treating Hyperprolactine mia.(1)Soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and phlegm,regulating Chongren,leading the downward trend.(2)Focus on the emotions(3)Emphasizing the combination of Chinese and Wester...
