In recent years,with the rapid development of information processes,information technology level of the hospital has entered a stage of unprecedented rapid development.More and more new products,new technology have been used in hospital,applied in clinical.Endoscopy as an invasive treatment means,it has become one of the important means of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive system,however,due to factors such as fine endoscope components,complicated structure,completely thorough disinfection is difficult.And the resulting caused by a variety of pathogenic microorganisms infection,has attracted more and more attention.So to strengthen the control in the process of cleaning to reduce infections caused by endoscopy has played a pivotal role.This thesis is through a detailed study of several big tertiary hospital endoscopic wash-infection centers,analyzes the whole work process of the endoscope from cleaning after patients used,disinfection,drying,storage and patients using again,in combination with endoscopic wash-infection environment and working characteristics of the center,using RFID in the endoscope decontamination traceability system,designed a endoscope decontamination traceability system based on tracking and recognition technologies of RFID.The system can dynamic track and manage each link of endoscopic,such as cleaning,disinfection,drying,storage and so on.Using RFID electronic tag identifies the endoscope and cleaning operation person,through the RFID read-write device automatic identifies the endoscope and operating person information and transmit the information to the information system to record,so as to realize tracing every endoscope cleaning and disinfection and using.Improve the quality of endoscope decontamination center management and lower management cost.This thesis mainly completed the following research and design work:(1)According to the status quo of cleaning retroactive process of endoscope decontamination centers,discusses the existing problems,and analyzes how to apply RFID technology in traceability management of the endoscopic cleaning.Proposed the overall design train of thought of endoscope decontamination traceability system based on RFID,and designed the system architecture,working process,interface specification,backup plan,database,etc.(2)According to the overall design concept of the system,carried out detailed design,including the main function module design and function flow chart.Studied on the basis of SSH framework how to building clear structure,reuse and easily maintenance Web application.Research discussed the key technology of project implementation,such as how to interaction with RFID data,the realization of data paging,and JSON data transmission format,asynchronous submission page Ajax technology,the user login password encryption technology,etc.In view of the actual environment endoscope decontamination center,studies the selection and deployment of related equipment.Because the RFID tags need to transmit data through the sink,so choose UHF RFID devices.Deploy using four-way RFID data collection combined with one-piece data collector.Applying the endoscope decontamination traceability system based on RFID technology can track the whole process from the endoscope used by patients cleaned by bedside till the endoscope used again in patient,can be convenient for later tracking and management.Along with the continuously reduced cost of RFID,the continuous improvement of the technology,it will be more and more used in the application of medical information.
