Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes of three reconstruction methods for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction with autologous tendon, which were double-bundle ACL reconstruction,single-tunnel double-bundle ACL reconstruction and double-bundle ACL reconstruction with a single tibial tunnel. Methods: 48 patients requiring ACL reconstruction were divided into3 groups: 11 patients underwent single-tunnel double-bundle ACL reconstruction,14 patients underwent double-bundle ACL reconstruction with a single tibial tunnel,23 patients underwent double-bundle ACL reconstruction with autologous tendons.Postoperative evaluation tools were composed of the international knee documentation committee knee uation form(IKDC)score,Lysholm score,Tegner score and KT-1000 value.Patients were followed up at 3,6,12 months postoperatively. Results:the postoperative KT-1000 value,IKDC score,Lysholm score and Tegner score showed an increasing trend in the 3 groups, and the difference at time points(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group*time points(P>0.05)Conclusion:Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using single-tunnel double-bundle and double-bundle with a single tibial tunnel are reliable technique, easy to operate and has satisfactory short-term clinical outcome for knee function recovery, which have certain clinical practicability.
