Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of anti-tuberculosis DHS(drug induced hypersensitivity syndrome),improve the understanding of the disease and the level of diagnosis and treatment.Method: We retrospectively analyzed 5 patients with DHS induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs in our hospital during the past 2015 up to now and review the literatures.Result:All of the 5 patients,aged 23-34 years,adverse drug reactions occurred 30-40 days after taking anti-tuberculosis drugs.Main manifestations were rapid spread of rash,lymphadenopathy,and / without fever.Different levels of liver dysfunction,eosinophilia,It was effective after the management of corticosteroids.Conclusion:DHS induced by anti-tuberculosis is a group of diverse clinical symptoms,and the activation of the virus may be involved.At present,the most common anti-tuberculosis drug is isoniazid and rifampicin.Steroids is effective.
