Gas poisoning is an important part of acute occupational poisoning in China. In the gas poisoning incidents from 1983 to 2003,gas poisoning accounted for 51.32% of the total number of occupational poisoning incidents and 82.82% of the deaths, which caused significant loss of life and property and seriously endangered the safety of the public.Nitrogen oxide poisoning accounts for 0.73% of the acute irritant gas poisoning events.Pulmonary symptoms such as chest tightness, dyspnea, cyanosis and hypoxemia are the main manifestations. It can develop into chemical pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and so on.The mortality rate of lung injury caused by nitrogen oxide poisoning is as high as 11~21%.At present, there is no specific drug treatment. The main treatment is early comprehensive treatment. In this paper, the comprehensive treatment of lung injury caused by acute nitrogen oxides poisoning was discussed in order to further improve the treatment effect of acute lung injury induced by nitrogen oxides and optimize the diagnosis and treatment process.
