Objective To investigate the safety and economy of intravenous anesthesia and tracheal intubation intravenous anesthesiain in scleroembolization treatment of esophageal-gastro varices(EGV).Methods A prospective study was performed in 58 patients with inactive bleeding who underwent EGV endoscopic treatment from September 2017 to August 2018.They were randomized into a total of 28 intravenous anesthesia groups(non-intubated group)and 30 intravenous anesthesia group(intubation group).They were compared and analyzed in terms of basic condition,safety and economy.The statistical measurement data was analyzed by t test or rank sum test,and the count data was analyzed by Chi-square Test.Results In the non-intubation group,the Sp O2 decreased compared with the intubation group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in blood pressure,heart rate and other vital signs between the two groups(P>0.05).Intraoperative non-intubation group patients with nausea10 cases(35.7%),cough 8 cases(28.5%),impact 11 cases(39.3%),hiccup5cases(17.8%),snoring 2 cases(7.1%)and Respiratory inhibition(53.6%),the incidence rate was higher than the intubation group;Intraoperative non-intubation group,patients with fever5 cases(17.8 %),chest pain4 cases(14.3 %),abdominal pain1 case(1.7 %);intubation group with fever6 cases(20 %),chest pain 9 cases(30 %).In both groups,there was 100 % hyperemia and 72 h no active hemorrhage.The induction time,recovery time and total operation time of the non-intubation group were shorter than those of the intubation group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the operation time of endos-copic treatment(P>0.05).The anesthesia cost was higher than that of the nonintubation group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between endoscopic treatment cost,total hospitalization cost and hospitalization days(P>0.05).Conclusions For patients with inactive gastroesophageal varicel bleeding endoscopic scleroembolization treatment,intravenous anesthesia and tracheal intubation intravenous anesthesiain can provide a good anesthetic environment,and intravenous anesthesia induction time is short,quick recovery,low anesthesia costs,It is a safe and economical method of anesthesia. |
