As the rapid development of IT technology has brought new opportunities for the development of modern medicine,the combination of medical health and Internet big data application has become an important trend of the development of modern medicine.The real-time transmission and the wireless interconnection of medical detecting data represent a new trend of POCT.This paper designs a disposable digital detecting strip device by adopting the technology of short distance wireless communication.The medical data can be uploaded to the Internet for data sharing and application in a convenient and efficient manner by using the disposable digital detecting strip device.The main research contents are as follows:1)Completing the course learning of “NFC technology mechanism”,and ensuring that the communication technology meets the prefetch requirements of the project through PC debugging.2)Selecting STM8 L series chip as the microprocessor module,PN532 chip as the communication module,light intensity sensor TEMT6000 as the core detection module,power module voltage stabilizer chip using XC6206P250 chip,and completing the hardware design of the digital detecting strip device.3)Developing the software on the basis of the hardware parts,and building the driver and architecture of the embedded software to complete the software preparation of the digital detecting strip device.Furthermore,the software is the system architecture with the detection module detection program and NFC communication module software driver.4)Completing the testing and adjustment of the system,including the ADC stability testing,light intensity sensor stability testing and voltage stability testing.All testing results proved that the reliability of overall structure of the system.Through the experiment of color cards,gray cards and partial immunochromatographic strips,the ability of the system to distinguish the whole strips was expected.Conducting the testing of data communication function,after the completion of the digital detecting strip device.This digital detecting strip device innovatively uses the NFC as the transmission function.Detected data can be transmitted to the mobile intelligent terminal through NFC communication function.Data can be uploaded to the cloud,through the mobile intelligent terminal,for data sharing and generating more valuable information once combining with other data.The disposable design of the device and the adoption of wireless communication can effectively reduce the spread of infection source in the highly-infectious detection project.
