Clinical Study In Rubia Cordifolia In The Treatment Of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding By Intrauterine Device Placed

Objective: To analyze the efficacy and mechanism of Rubia cordifolia in Patients With Abnormal Uterine Bleeding(AUB)Caused by Intrauterine Device(IUD).Methods:110 patients with AUB caused by IUD in our hospital of June 2017 to April2018 divided randomly into two groups:group A(Rubia cordifolia,n=55),group B(Yunnan baiyao,n=55).Blood routine examination,Blood coagulation and so on were evaluated of each patient before and after medication.The comparison results and the clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the patients in group A was 94.5%,which was higher than that of group B(81.8%)(P<0.05).And the probability(72.7%)of hemostasis within3 days after treatment in group A was significant higher than that(52.7%)of group B(P<0.05);The Hemoglobin(Hb)of patients in both groups had no obvious change compared with them before treatment(P>0.05).The white blood cell count(WBC)and neutrophil percentage(N%)of the patients of two groups were significant lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the platelet count(PLT)was significant increased after treatment(P<0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)of patients in both groups were significant lower compared with them before treatment(P<0.05),and which was significant lower than that of group B(P<0.05).There was no any serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:Rubia cordifolia plays an important role in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after IUD by improving coagulation function,anti-inflammation and so on,which has the advantages of abundant resources,low price and less toxic and side effects.
