| The purpose of this study is to describe the current situation of medical service process optimization in secondary and tertiary public hospitals in Hebei Province,to analyze the weaknesses and influencing factors in medical service process,and put forward suggestions for further work.On the basis of literature research and referring to provincial standard,the questionnaire was compiled and conducted to survey the current situation of optimizing the medical service process.The survey results were processed by descriptive statistics to analyze the weak links of the medical service process optimization.The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression,and the different characteristic hospitals were compared by two-step cluster analysis model.Accordingly,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.There are differences in the implementation of specific measures to optimize the medical service process between the secondary hospitals and the tertiary hospitals in Hebei Province.Referring to the national standards,the current situation of other provinces and the evaluation criteria of the index system,it is found that the implementation of the ten dimensions to optimize the medical service process in Hebei Province is unbalanced.The relatively weak dimensions include: clinical reservation services,medical social work,outpatient service process and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the results of multiple linear regression and two-step cluster analysis,it is found that hospital grade and hospital category are the factors influencing the optimization of medical service process.The status of medical services process optimization of public hospitals in Hebei Province is various.We should attach more attention to the clinical reservation service,the outpatient process management,the medical social work system and the hierarchical diagnosis treatment.Thus,it is suggested to issue supplementary policies and regulations,refine the assessment criteria;help patients develop the habit of clinical reservation;innovate outpatient process;expand the field of social worker volunteer service;ensure the division of labor is clear-cut and construct a three-level medical service system;follow the principles of medical service process management,and continuously improve medical services.Figure 7;Table 28;Reference 49... |
