The Construction Of The Index System Of Evidence-Based Nursing Quality Evaluation

Objective: Experts and scholars are constantly exploring more scientific and rational methods for the advancement and development of the medical industry.With the concept of evidence-based medicine being widely accepted,the concept and method of evidence-based medicine has also been recognized in the field of nursing,but the acceptance and application of staff are insufficient,especially in China.The ability to care is poor compared to developed countries.The purpose of this study is to construct an evaluation index system for evidence-based nursing quality of nursing staff,and to clarify the standards of nurses’ evidence-based nursing quality,so as to better understand the quality status of nurse groups and provide a basis for better evidence-based nursing.Research methods: This research uses literature research method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey to study and analyze the existing evaluation index system of nurses’ quality,and takes knowledge spiral theory and knowledge construction theory as research perspective.Determine the framework and specific content of the indicator system,combined with expert consultation and AHP to establish the evaluation index structure,grading evaluation criteria and weights,and finally construct the evaluation index system and design a questionnaire on the status of evidence-based nursing quality of nursing staff.Research results: The evaluation index system of evidence-based nursing quality of nursing staff is constructed.It is divided into three-level indicators,which are top-down progressive relations.The lower-level indicators are explanations for the upper-level indicators,and the scores are understood by the lower-level indicators.Reflecting the problems covered by the upper-level indicators,the evidence-based nursing quality evaluation index system constructed consists of 6 first-level dimension evaluation indicators,24 second-level evaluation indicators and 56 three-level evaluation indicators.And a questionare about the situation of nursing quality based on evidence is made.Conclusion: Based on the research results of knowledge management theory,this study combines tacit knowledge theory with the main content of evidence-based nursing quality,and builds a more scientific and practical evidence-based nursing.The quality evaluation index system can be used as a measurement tool to provide a basis for the study of nursing management decision-making.Figure 1;Table 13;Reference 53.
