Objective To study the relationship between clinical risk factors and phlegm-dampness in patients with LAA(Large artery atherosclerotic)ischemic stroke,so as to prevent the ischemic brain from interfering with risk factors in people with phlegm-dampness Stroke provides clinical evidence and theoretical reference. Methods Patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in the Department of Encephalopathy,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Chinese Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and the general data records and related examinations were recorded.Fill out a clinical questionnaire for risk factors for ischemic stroke, including hypertension, heart disease, smoking, alcohol, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, hyperuricemia. The patient fills in the TCM body quality table, and the physician with the deputy high-ranking title determines the type of constitution(humidity,qi stagnation, peace, yang deficiency,qi deficiency, blood sputum, yin deficiency, damp heat, and sputum).Statistical analysis was performed to summarize the risk factors for patients with LAA-type ischemic stroke with phlegm-dampness.Results 1.After chi-square test analysis, the distribution of hypertension, smoking, obesity, diabetes and hyperlipidemia in patients with LAA-type ischemic stroke and phlegm-dampness was statistically significant compared with non-humidity.<0.05 or P<0.01).2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that among the risk factors of patients with acute ischemic stroke in LAA type, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking and hypertension were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P <0.01),risk factors closely related to LAA-type ischemic stroke acute sputum patients were ranked as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking and hypertension according to the OR value. Conclusion Compared with non-humidifying substances, patients with phlegm-dampness with hypertension, diabetes, smoking, obesity, and hyperlipidemia are more likely to develop acute LAA-type ischemic stroke;in patients with phlegm-dampness,hyperlipidemia,Patients with diabetes, smoking, and hypertension are more likely to develop acute LAA-type ischemic stroke.Intervention of these risk factors and the use of TCM theory to regulate their physique is an effective way to improve the symptoms and secondary prevention of LAA-type ischemic stroke patients with acute phlegm and blood stasis.
