Evaluation And Factors Analysis On The Reporting Quality Of Notifiable Infectious Diseases In Inner Mongolia In 2018

Objective The report quality of notifiable infectious diseases is an important factor affecting the early detection and timely disposal of infectious diseases,which is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.This study analyzed the survey data on the quality and management status of the notifiable infectious disease report in Inner Mongolia in 2018,evaluated the quality of the report,analyzed the factors affecting the quality of the report,and provided scientific evaluation basis and reference for improving the quality of the notifiable infectious disease report in Inner Mongolia.Methods Descriptive analysis the of the quality and management status of notifiable infectious disease information report in Inner Mongolia in 2018.Reporting rate,timely reporting rate and other indicators are compared with Chi-square test.Logistic regression analysis model was built with case-reporting status(whether the case was reported and whether the report information was timely,complete,accurate and consistent)as the dependent variable to study the influence factors on the reporting quality of notifiable infectious disease in Inner Mongolia.Result The rate of reporting,timeliness,completeness,accuracy and consistency rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Inner Mongolia in 2018 are 98.22%(2208/2248,95%CI97.67-98.77),99.37%(2194/2208,95%CI99.0-99.70),90.63%(2001/2208,95%CI89.41-91.84),75.16%(1504/2001,95%CI73.27-77.06),84.06%(1856/2208,95%CI82.53-85.59).There were statistically significant differences in the rate of completeness and consistency among different hospital levels(χ2=35.61,P(27)0.001;χ2=53.87,P(27)0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the rate of reporting,completeness,accuracy and consistency of different notifiable infectious diseases(χ2=22.03,P=0.011;χ2=32.18,P(27)0.001;χ2=68.59,P(27)0.001;χ2=39.25,P(27)0.001).According to the logistic regression model based on the status of case reporting(whether the case was reported and whether the report information was timely,complete,accurate and consistent)shows that the quality of notifiable infectious diseases reporting in Inner Mongolia is related to the setting and normalization of inpatient and outpatient record,abnormal result feedback record of imaging department,post-training assessment,the number of people involving in the management of infectious disease,the age and professional title of staff,the time limit for the use of computer,the function of automatic printing the reporting card,the function of automatic printing the reporting card,the signature of the reporting card by the first doctor,supervision and feedback by the administration department,and the professional training from CDC.Conclusion The reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Inner Mongolia in 2018 has reached the requirements of the 13 th five-year health plan,but the accuracy and consistency of the reporting information need to be improved.There are the effective ways to improve the quality of notifiable infectious disease reporting in Inner Mongolia that standardize the project setting of diagnosis and treatment records in medical institutions,strengthen the professional talent team construction,improve hardware facilities,encourage medical institutions to gradually develop an electronic medical record system that meets the reporting requirements for notifiable infectious diseases and implement the duties of organization and supervision of the administrative departments of public health.
