Clinical Application Value Of High-field Magnetic Resonance Imaging Of Inner Ear Sputum Injection In Patients With Meniere’s Disease

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-field nuclear magnetic imaging in the treatment of Meniere’s disease,and to analyze the correlation between disease duration and endolymphatic water,and to explore the effect of asymptomatic endolymphatic water on patients.Methods Patients with clinical dizziness,tinnitus and hearing loss were enrolled.3D FISTA scan was performed to exclude the cerebellar foot area and intracranial lesions.COR CUBE FLAIR scan was performed after bilateral tympanic injection of sputum contrast agent for 24 hours.After 3D MIP Process the image.Results 1.A total of 29 patients,58 ears,1patient had symptoms in both ears,and the remaining 28 patients had symptoms of unilateral ear.Twenty-eight patients were found to have endolymphatic hydrops,and 9 of them had bilateral endolymphatic hydrops.In all patients,21 ears of cochlear water,23 ears of vestibular water,and 28 ears of semicircular canal.Mild endolymphatic water was 19 ears(51%),moderate 13 ears(35%),and severe 5 ears(14%).The symptomatic lateral ear lymphatic space of 5 patients with severe endolymphatic hydrops was not clearly shown.Asymptomatic side ear development is normal.Among the 30 symptomatic patients,12 patients had no obvious hearing loss,mainly with dizziness.Their common feature was that there were no signs of endolymphatic hydrops in the cochlea,and there were endolymphatic hydrops in the vestibular and semicircular canal;3 patients mainly suffered from hearing loss.Visiting,vertigo occasionally,their common point is the presence of endolymphatic hydrocephalus in the cochlea,no signs of endolymphatic hydrops in the vestibular and semicircular canal.One patient with bilateral hearing loss and vertigo had no improvement in hearing level after treatment,and vertigo disappeared,but the degree of endolymphatic water was significantly reduced.After stopping the drug in 3 patients,one patient was found to have reversal of symptoms,but no reversal of endolymphatic hydrops.2.The endolymphatic hydrops detected in symptomatic ears are symptomatic endolymphatic hydrops,while the endolymphatic hydrops detected in asymptomatic ears are asymptomatic endolymphatic hydrops.Thirty(97%)of the 30 symptomatic ears found endolymphatic hydrops,and 28(29%)of the 28 asymptomatic ears also found endolymphatic hydrops,this is a incidence of symptomatic intraocular lymphatics was higher than that of asymptomatic ears(P <0.05)..3.Of the 8 asymptomatic endolymphatic ear,7(87%)were intracoronary hydrolyzed water,and1(13%)were vestibular lymphatics.We finally found asymptomatic hydrolyzed water.The incidence of cochlea was greater than that of the vestibular(P <0.05).4.The duration of disease in patients with bilateral endolymphatic hydrops was longer than that in patients with unilateral endolymphatic hydrops(P <0.05),but there was no correlation between duration of disease and degree of endolymphatic hydrops(P >0.05).Conclusion The high field nuclear magnetic imaging technique of the inner ear sputum injection has an unshakable position in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Meniere’s disease.The clinical symptoms of Pleurotus erythematosus have a higher incidence of lymphatic water than the asymptomatic side ear;the incidence of asymptomatic endolymphatic hydrops in the cochlea is significantly greater than that of the vestibule;the duration of bilateral endolymphatic hydrops is longer than that of patients with unilateral endolymphatic hydrops Longer;there is no correlation between the duration of Meniere’s disease and the degree of endolymphatic water;Meniere’s disease may be a disease that progresses bilaterally over time,and its recurrent episodes may lead to ear Permanent hearing loss;the reason for the reversal of symptoms but no reversal of edema in patients is still unclear,and large sample studies are still needed.
