Research And Design Of Data Quality Control System For Regional Health Information Platform

With the application of clinical data,the quality of data has become the most important issue in the integration and utilization of the data.Because of a large number of invalid data on the regional health information platform,it will directly impact on the integration and analysis of the data.Therefore the key point of this thesis is to monitor,analyze and evaluate the data using the quality control system effectively.This thesis studies the domestic and foreign related data quality literature,and classifies the data of the health information platform to form the functional and non functional requirements of the quality control system.This thesis mainly designs data evaluation rules by four dimensional(complete,standardized,consistent,timely).A total of 332 articles in the data evaluation rules.On the basis of the rules,this thesis builds a complete data quality assessment system.According to the software lifecycle model,this thesis includes requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design,database design and code compiltion.The research results have been deployed in more than 200 organizations.The application results show that the quality control system can help hospitals on the health platform to manage and monitor the data effectively.The innovations of this thesis include the following points: Firstly,the technology of PIX is applied to the study of matching the personal identity data from the different diagnosis information platforms which cannot exactly match in the past.Secondly,to investigate the data quality control rules of regional health information platform based on the evaluation system.The rules is first applied in the health field,and the system is replicabile.
