Yao’s Clinical Experience Of Treating Chronic Pharyngitis From The Theory Of "Three Focal Membrane"

Purpose:Chronic pharyngitis is a common and refractory condition in the clinic.Chronic pharyngitis is a recurrent episode,and some are acute pharyngitis,which is chronic and difficult to cure.It seriously harms people’s physical and mental health,and even serious psychological disorders.Yao’s doctor believes that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to the “three-focal membrane” lesion.Therefore,the purpose of this study,a method designed through theoretical understanding and clinical research,preliminary disclosure of an effective clinical pathway for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis from the three focal membrane,and preliminary combing the common causes,pathogenesis and syndrome types of chronic pharyngitis from the three focal membrane,Thereby improving clinical efficacy and providing reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:1.Theoretical research: Collect and organize Yao’s related papers and literature,preliminary understanding of Yao’s understanding of the theory of three-focal membrane,and analyze the relationship between the three focal membrane and chronic pharyngitis.2.Selecting 90 effective electronic cases for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 toSeptember 2018,through Excel application software the frequency analysis method was used to calculate the cause,the disease,and the syndrome type.A preliminary analysis of the common syndrome types of chronic pharyngitis from the "three focal membrane".Combined with Yao’s clinical experience,the etiology,pathogenesis,disease,syndrome type and prescription of chronic pharyngitis were analyzed and summarized.Result:1.Through statistics on 90 effective cases,the main focus of the disease involves the upper focal membrane,among them,there are 77 cases in which the disease is directly on the upper focal membrane,accounting for 85.56%.2.The cause is mainly wet,phlegm and heat evil,with both drinking,wind and cold evil.The pathogenesis is more common with depression and resistance.3.77 cases were directly in the case of the upper focal membrane,there were 41 cases(53.25%)of syndrome type has wet heat paralysis resistance on the upper focal membrane(mainly wet),there were 13 cases(16.88%)of wind wet heat paralysis resistance on the upper focal membrane(mainly wind heat),11 cases(14.29%)of gas depression and phlegm obstruction focal membranes,cold wind and hot on the upper focal in 6 cases(7.80%),4 cases(5.20%)of sputum wet paralysis resistance focal membrane,one case(1.3%)of wind and fire upward violation upper focal.Conclusion:1.Professor Yao Hesheng’s "three focal membrane" theory is not only in line with the traditional Chinese medicine theory,but also has great significance for clinical practice.Trifocal should be a large omentum(including pleura,pleura,diaphragm,peritoneum,etc.)in the human body throughout the chest and abdominal cavity.It should be organized as a tendon(the sputum)in the surface of the heart envelope.2.Documented and clinical research through relevant literature,theoccurrence of chronic pharyngitis is indeed closely related to the "three focal membrane",In particular,the upper focal membrane is closely related to the pharynx.Treating chronic pharyngitis from "three focal membrane" is an important therapeutic approach and can improve clinical efficacy.3.From the three focal membrane to treat common syndrome types of chronic pharyngitis : wet heat paralysis resistance on the upper focal membrane(mainly wet),wind wet heat paralysis resistance on the upper focal membrane(mainly wind heat),gas depression and phlegm obstruction focal membranes,cold wind and hot on the upper focal,sputum wet paralysis resistance focal membrane,wind and fire upward violation upper focal.
