| 1 ObjectiveTo explore the related factors affecting the clinical efficacy of refractory Pneumoniae pneumonia in children,to improve the clinician’s understanding of such diseases,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment.2 MethodsA retrospective study was conducted to select 156 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2017,and were diagnosed with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.There were 92 effective groups and 64 invalid groups.Statistical data were used to compare routine data,clinical signs,laboratory findings,imaging changes,extrapulmonary complications,and treatment options.3 ResultsA total of 156 patients with refractory Pneumoniae pneumonia were included in the study,92 cases were effective,and the effective cure rate was 58.97%.Analysis of patient gender,age,living environment,heat history,heat peak,white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio,hemoglobin,platelet,CK,CKMB,AST,ALT,γ-GT,CRP,ESR,LDH,ferritin,Clinical signs include wheezing,rash,vomiting,and changes in the nervous system.Among the selected indicators,there were significant differences in the heat history,ferritin and LDH between the effective group and the ineffective group(P<0.05);Inclusion of univariate analysis by multivariate Logistic regression revealed that LDH,heat history(days),rash,γ-GT,pleurisy,and hormones were statistically significant and were factors influencing the prognosis of children with pneumoniae pneumonia.4 ConclusionRefractory pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia is often accompanied by multiple organ system dysfunction,involving the digestive system,cardiovascular system,blood system,skin system and so on.In patients with RMPP,complication such as wheezing,vomiting,rash,and pleurisy affect the prognosis,so symptomatic treatment is needed.Heat history(days),AST,LDH,γ-GT and platelet distribution were associated with RMPP prognosis.The combination of glucocorticoids is of great significance in the treatment of RMPP. |
