Recent years with the advancement of medical reform and the development of Internet of Things, more and more medical institutions began to use the IoT technology to improve their medical service in order to provide users with better medical services. The data in the medical IoT is related to the medical information of patients. Therefore,it is necessary for the IoT to offer high security and privacy of the data.Medical IoT devices with limited capability of data calculation impose lightweight requirements on medical IoT encryption schemes.Currently, most attribute-based encryption is based on complex bilinear pairing which makes them unsuitable for resource-constrained medical IoT applications. In order to address these problems, this paper studies the medical attribute-based IoT data encryption technology.Firstly, this paper analyzes the transmission requirement of medical IoT,and we propose a lightweight attribute-based encryption scheme based on elliptic curve cryptography, which provides a fine-grained access control for encrypted data of medical IoT.The data sender uses the access tree to represent the access structure, and only the authorized users that satisfy the access control structure can decrypt the data. The security of this scheme is based on the Diffie-Hellman problem over elliptic curve, which proves the security of this scheme under selective security.Due to the limited computing capacity of medical devices, the solution has proposed cloud computing center which helps data receivers to do part of the decryption. Thus,it reduces the computational overload of the target devices and improves the efficiency of decryption process.Secondly, this paper proposes a lightweight revocable attribute-based encryption scheme based on elliptic curve cryptography. In the scheme,an authority generates a revocable list, and the cloud computing center synchronizes the revocable list in real time to implement user management. When the data sender directly sends the encrypted data to the cloud computing center and the receivers send requests to the center, the computing center is responsible for checking the identity of receivers and do partial decryption and send back the results to receivers. With the help of cloud computing center, data receivers can obtain the message by a small number of calculation. In addition, the scheme is based on the elliptic curve encryption, which reduce the burden of transmission and storage of the devices, and greatly reduces the computational overhead and communication overhead of the medical devices. It provides a lightweight and efficient attribute-based encryption scheme for the medical Internet of Things. Finally, this paper innovatively combines the linear secret sharing strategy with ABE encryption scheme based on elliptic curve cryptography, and proposes a lightweight attributebased encryption scheme against collusion attacks. It not only provides more precise finegrained access control, but also resists users' collusion attacks while maintaining the lightweight of the scheme. The selective security proof and anti-collusion attack analysis are carried out, which prove the feasibility of the scheme in medical Internet of Things.
