Objective:Through the analysis and comparison of the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive surgery and conservative treatment of primary brain stem hemorrhage, whether early minimally invasive surgery can save some patients' lives and improve the prognosis, thus providing a new treatment for patients with brain stem hemorrhage The treatment idea provides a more reasonable treatment plan, and then improves the clinical efficacy. Methods: Fifteen patients with primary brain stem hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery,Yan'an University Hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected as observation group(bleeding volume 5-15ml).Fifteen patients with primary brain stem hemorrhage who underwent conventional conservative treatment were the control group(bleeding volume 5-15ml).Retrospective analysis was performed. The efficacy of one month after treatment, the GOS prognosis score, and the NIHSS score decreased.Factors such as ADL score and survival were analyzed by SPSS19.0 and conclusions were drawn. Results: There were no significant differences in the age, gender, onset to admission time, bleeding volume, bleeding site, preoperative GCS score, etc.between the minimally invasive surgery group and the conservative treatment group(P>0.05),but minimally invasive surgery and conservative The curative effect,GOS prognosis score,NIHSS score decrease,ADL score and survival were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The prognosis of the minimally invasive surgery group was better than that of the conservative treatment group. Conclusion: For patients with primary brain stem hemorrhage, minimally invasive surgery is more conservative, and it has an advantage in saving patients' lives and reducing disability. It is an effective treatment plan. However, the overall NIHSS score and ADL score are very poor, which brings a heavier burden to families and society.
