Medical records are highly private and valuable data,so the storage and sharing of medical records are facing great challenges.Due to the lack of complete and authentic medical records,various disputes in the medical insurance industry arise.The emergence of blockchain technology provides an opportunity for the storage of medical records in the existing medical insurance industry.The combination of proxy re-encryption technology and blockchain technology in the Internet medical field provides a reliable solution to patient privacy protection issues.This paper implements a secure storage and sharing system for medical records based on blockchain.Firstly,in this system medical records are encrypted by the doctor with the medical record owner's public key of proxy re-encryption.Secondly,the doctor and the owner of medical records confirm whether the encrypted data is correct or not.Then,the doctor broadcasts the ciphertext of medical records in the blockchain system.Next,insurance companies verify the medical records that have been broadcast.Finally,insurance companies are responsible for recording the verified medical records into the blockchain.To view the medical records,insurance companies or doctors need to send a request to the medical records owner and obtain the re-encryption key generated by the owner of the medical records.The requester can obtain the plaintext information of the medical records queried from the blockchain.This system not only ensures the security of the medical records recorded in the blockchain,but also realizes the sharing of medical records without revealing personal privacy.This system ensures the authenticity of medical records before writing into the blockchain through mutual authentication and restraint between doctors,insurance companies and medical record owners.The tamper resistant nature of blockchain technology ensures the reliability of medical records stored into the blockchain system.This system provides secure storage for medical data,while preventing attackers from maliciously tampering with medical records and ensuring that the stored medical records are authentic and reliable.
