Therapeutic Effect Of A Row Of Acupuncture In Scapular Strap On The Improvement Dyskine Dysfunction Of Periarthritis Of The Shoulder

Objective:In contrast to conventional acupuncture treatment,a row of acupuncture scapular region of the spine edge was combined with conventional acupuncture to observe the effect of the two on the improvement of shoulder joint activity disorder.The aim is to explore a clinical cure strategy with a high cure rate.Methods: According to the criteria of shoulder joint activity disorder and shoulder periarthritis,70 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture at points of Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzhen,Jianqian,Ashi.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group arranged needles along the spine margin of the scapular region.Two groups of patients were treated once a day(Sunday rest),15 days for a course of treatment,after the first course of treatment,rest for 3 days,continue the next course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Visual Analogus Scale(VAS)and shoulder joint function Melle rating scale were used as visual indicators to evaluate the scores of the two groups before and after treatment,and to record adverse reactions during treatment.Finally,the collected data were statistically analyzed by spss21.0 software to compare the differences between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:(1)A total of 68 cases were completed in this trial,and one patient was excluded from the control group and the treatment group respectively.There were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of illness,and pre-treatment VAS and Melle rating scales between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.(2)After treatment,the two groups of VAN and Melle rating scales were compared within the group,and statistically,they were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the VAS and Melle rating scales were compared between the two groups.After statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective in improving shoulder joint activity disorder.(4)After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.The cure rate was 65.71% in the treatment group and 35.29% in the control group.The cure rate of the two groups was statistically analyzed(P<0.05)which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the cure rate.Conclusion: a row of acupuncture scapular region of the spine edge is used to treat the shoulder joint activity disorder and shoulder periarthritis.It mainly improves the balance between biomechanics and regulates the shoulder joint to stabilize the shoulder joint,thus effectively restoring the shoulder joint function and treating the shoulder joint activity disorder.Therefore,a row of acupuncture in scapular strap is an effective and feasible solution for the treatment of shoulder joint activity disorder and shoulder periarthritis.It can also improve the lower cure rate in the later stage of the disease to a certain extent.It has certain clinical significance and is worthy of further research and discussion.
