Observation On The Curative Effect Of Tonifying Qi And Tonifying Kidney On Uterine Prolapse After Laparoscopic Sacral Colpopexy

Objective:To improve the clinical symptoms of uterine prolapse after LSC and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.In this study,we observed the clinical effect of treating uterine prolapse of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type(≥ degree II)by Invigorating Qi and tonifying kidney after LSC,in order to provide new ideas and methods for exploring the treatment of uterine prolapse by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Methods:Prospective parallel randomized controlled clinical trial design was used in this study.Sixty patients with uterine prolapse admitted to the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and meeting the inclusion criteria were observed.The subjects were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with LSC.The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and cinnamon sticking on Yongquan acupoint after operation.The treatment lasted 20 days for one course of treatment,totaling 3 courses.The control group was not treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Pelvic organ prolapse quantitive examination(POP-Q),pelvic floor surface electromyography and quality of life questionnaires were assessed before and 3 months after treatment in the two groups respectively,and TCM syndrome scores were assessed before Chinese traditional treatment and after 3 months.Statistical analysis and comparison of intra and inter-group data before and after treatment were conducted to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Both groups can reduce the measured values of Aa,Ba,C,Ap and Bp points of POP-Q(all P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant change in vaginal length after treatment(P>0.05).2.The electromyographic measurements of the pelvic floor surface at each stage of the treatment group were higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no difference between the control groups at each stage before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor surface electromyography in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(all P < 0.05).3.Both groups of treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score,PFDI-20 score,PFIQ-7 score(all P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the above scores(all P<0.05).Comparing the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than the control group(66.67%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with LSC treatment alone,it is more advantageous to use Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with cinnamon sticking on Yongquan acupoint to treat uterine prolapse of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type.It can further restore the anatomical structure of prolapsed organs after operation,increase the surface electromyogram value of pelvic floor,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
