Objective:To study the characteristics of lipid metabolism in patients with type 2diabetes(T2DM);to analyze the ethnic differences between the blood lipids in the Han and Han dynasties. Methods:Participants were enrolled in 254 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology at the Ningxia University General Hospital from March 2015 to August 2018.All patients voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the"Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China"developed by the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2013,and all received a unified medical history collection, laboratory tests and an examination.According to the 2017 version of the Chinese hospitalized diabetes patients blood glucose management expert consensus, according to fasting blood glucose levels, all patients were divided into four groups(group A FBG≤6.1mmol/l;group B 6.1<FBG≤7.8mmol/l;group C 7.8<FBG≤13.9mmol/l;group D FBG>13.9mmol/l).All subjects were fasted for 8 hours to determine fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(apo-A1),apolipoprotein B(apo-B),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),at the same time, the course of the observation and the comorbidities of each subject were collected. All data analysis was analyzed and processed using SPSS 17.0.The normal distribution of the measurement data was expressed as mean±standard deviation(?x±s),T test was used for comparison between the two groups, and analysis of variance was used for comparison between groups. The count data application composition ratio is shown, and the comparison between the group rates is checked by X~2 and Fisher Precise test.Correlation studies of normal distribution data were performed using Pearson correlation analysis. The test levelα=0.05,P<0.05 is significant for the difference. Results:There was a certain relationship between dyslipidemia and Fasting blood glucose. With the increase of fasting blood glucose level, blood triglyceride, total cholesterol and apolipoprotein A1 increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the changes of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein B(P>0.05).There was a certain degree of dyslipidemia in all observation groups, the proportion of dyslipidemia is different,High triglycerides in each group(34.6%in group A,39.4%in group B,56.1%in group C,and 47.1%in group D),high cholesterol alone(13.5%in group A,8.5%in group B,Group C 21.1%,Group D 35.3%),mixed hyperlipidemia(9.62%in group A,8.5%in group B,14.0%in group C,23.5%in group D),low-density lipoprotein(group A,36.5%,Group B 63.4%,Group C 62.3%,Group D 64.71%),high and low density lipoprotein(5.8%in Group A,1.4%in Group B,6.1%in Group C,11.8%in Group D).There was no significant difference in blood lipid and blood uric acid levels between Hui and Han(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is mainly hypertriglyceridemia and low-density lipoproteinemia, fasting blood glucose is positively correlated with triglyceride and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol. There is no difference in blood lipid and serum uric acid level between Hui and Han in type 2diabetes mellitus.
