Objective: To evaluate the safety, feasibility and clinical efficacy of single-hole laparoscopic cholecystojejunostomy(SILGJ).Methods: A total of 19 patients with low malignant biliary obstruction(LMBO)in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were enrolled in this st udy.All patients underwent SILGJ.The data of liver function changes, operati on time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal function recover y time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complication rate and postoper ative survival time were compared and analyzed. Results: The average operation time was 167.72 min, mean blood loss was 93.61 ml.The average postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time and postoperative hospital stay were 4.89 and 11.06 days respectively. All surgical procedures we re carried out smoothly, postoperative liver function recovery faster, the effect of reducing yellow is better.Five of the patients had cholangitis after operatio n,3 in the Braun group and 2 in the Roux-en-Y group. Conclusion: SILGJ is safe and feasible, the recent clinical results are better,c an not be radical surgery Of patients with low malignant biliary obstruction,es pecially for longer survival,is a more ideal palliative treatment,it is worth fur ther study.
