Relevant Factors Of Natural Pregnancy In Moderate To Severe Ovarian Endometriosis Patients After Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective: To explore the factors related to natural pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery in patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis(EMs).Methods: 1.There were significant differences in the natural pregnancy rate and expected pregnancy time between the experimental group and the control group(p <0.05).2.The natural pregnancy rates after operation in non-GnRHa treatment group,GnRHa treatment group A and GnRHa treatment group B were 40.21%,70.87% and58.46%,respectively;3.The natural pregnancy rates after operation in AMH <2ng/ml group and AMH < 2ng/ml group were 29.63%(8/27)and 44.29%(31/70),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Meaning(P= 0.19);the average time of expectant natural pregnancy after operation in AMH <2ng/ml group and AMH < 2ng/ml group was 14.36 months and 8.87 months,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.04);4.The natural pregnancy rate after operation in unilateral group was higher than that in bilateral group(P < 0.05);5.The pregnancy rates in multilocular group and unilocular group were 26.19%(11/42)and 50.91%(28/55),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P =0.01)..Results: 1.There were significant differences in the natural pregnancy rate and expected pregnancy time between the experimental group and the control group(p <0.05);2.The natural pregnancy rate after operation in the AMH < 2ng/ml group and the AMH < 2ng/ml group was 29.63%(8/27)and 44.29%(31/70),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.19);the average time of expected natural pregnancy after operation in the AMH < 2ng/ml group and the AMH< 2ng/ml group was 14.36 months,respectively.At 8.87 months,there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.04).3.The natural pregnancy rate in unilateral group was higher than that in bilateral group(P<0.05).4.The pregnancy rates in multilocular group and unilocular group were 26.19%(11/42)and 50.91%(28/55),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P=0.01).Conclusion: Postoperative use of GnRHa,preoperative AMH level,bilateral ovarianinvolvement and multiple cysts are all factors affecting the natural pregnancy of patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis cyst.
