| Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous administration of oxycodone hydrochloride on uterine contraction pain during second cesarean section and compare it with sufentanil Methods Sixty cases of secondary cesarean section were selected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University as the research object.Maternal women were randomly divided into two groups: oxycodone group(experience group,n=30),sufentanyl group(control group,n=30).All patients underwent combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA).Control the level of anesthesia at T6-T8.After the delivery of the fetus,The experimental group was given 0.1mg/kg IV oxycodone, the control group was given 0.1ug/kg IV Sufentanyl.Record general information of patients(height, weight, age operation time, and gestational age).SBP,DBP,HR and SPO2 were recorded at T1(Before administration),T2(5 minutes after administration),T3(10 minutes after administration),T4(after operation). The VAS score of uterine contraction pain,Ramsay score,Grade of uterine contraction pain in T1(5 min),T2(exploratory hemostasis),T3(after operation),T4(4 h after operation)and incidence of adverse reactions were observed(nausea and vomiting, dizziness, lethargy, respiratory depression, skin itching). Results The VAS scores of uterine contraction pain at T1,T2,T3 and T4 in the experimental group were(1.60±0.93),(3.00±1.11),(1.87± 1.04),(1.53±0.86)lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The Ramsay score at T2 in the experimental group was(2.37±0.61)higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay score between the experimental group and the control group at the rest of the time(P > 0.05).Grade of uterine contraction pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group.(P > 0.05).Conclusion Intravenous administration of low dose oxycodone hydrochloride can alleviate uterine contraction pain during second cesarean section and is superior to sufentanil citrate.Intravenous administration of low dose oxycodone during cesarean section can provide better sedative effect without obvious adverse reactions. |
