Objective: By observing the state of consciousness and prognosis of patients with diffuse axonal injury after hyperbaric oxygen therapy and conventional treatment,the consciousness state and prognosis of different courses of treatment and different times of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for diffuse axonal injury were observed;The clinical efficacy of diffuse axonal injury explored the effects of different courses of treatment and different times of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on diffuse axonal injury in the brain,providing a reference for clinical treatment.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 79 cases of diffuse axonal injury in patients,the conventional treatment group of 30 cases,in the conventional treatment of hyperbaric oxygen up to 49 cases of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group.The hyperbaric oxygen group was classified as hyperbaric oxygen A group(28 cases)and hyperbaric oxygen B group(21 cases)according to different treatment courses,and they were classified as hyperbaric oxygen I group(26 cases)and hyperbaric oxygen group II(23 cases)according to the different timing of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.(1)Compare Glasgow coma(GCS)scores after 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 6 weeks treatment in hyperbaric oxygen group and conventional group,and compare the effective rate of GCS after 6 weeks treatment;(2)Compare the GOS score and the good prognosis rate of GOS between the hyperbaric oxygen group and the conventional group after 3 months of treatment.(3)GCS scores were compared between the hyperbaric oxygen A and B groups and the hyperbaric oxygen I and II groups after 6 weeks treatment.(4)Compare the GOS scores and the good prognosis rate of GOS after 6 weeks treatment in patients with hyperbaric oxygen A,B and hyperbaric oxygen I and II groups;(5)Evaluate the role of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in GCS scores between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment between the hyperbaric oxygen group and the conventional group(P>0.05);(2)The GCS score after 4 weeks and 6 weeks treatment and the effective rate of GCS after 6 weeks treatment of hyperbaric oxygen group were superior to conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The GOS score and the good prognosis rate of GOS after 3 months of treatment in the hyperbaric oxygen group were better than those of conventional treatment group,statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)In hyperbaric oxygen group,after 6 weeks of treatment,GCS score was better in hyperbaric oxygen group A than that in hyperbaric oxygen group B,and hyperbaric oxygen group I was superior to hyperbaric oxygen group II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Within hyperbaric oxygen group,the GOS score and the good prognosis rate of GOS were good after 6 weeks treatment.Hyperbaric oxygen group A was superior to hyperbaric oxygen group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Hyperbaric oxygen group I was superior to hyperbaric oxygen group?,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the state of consciousness and prognosis of patients with diffuse axonal injury;the effect of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy on improving patients' consciousness and prognosis is better;different courses of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for improving the prognosis of patients with diffuse axonal injury have no significant difference;but multiple courses of treatment are better for improving the consciousness state of patients with diffuse axonal injury.
