Objective:Research and annalysis the clinical and pathological data of cT1-2N0 breast cancer stage patients who were positive in the sentinel lymph node?SLN?positive parallel axillary lymph node dissection and explore the relationship with the axillary of sentinel lymph node?non-sentinel lymph node,NSLN?status and risk factors of affect the NSLN transfer.Materials and methods:A retrospective analysis from September 2010 to November2017 in the diagnosis and treatment of breast surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University 84 cases successfully underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy?non-sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB?for the diagnosis of pathological results of sentinel lymph node metastasis?SLN?and followed by axillary lymph node dissection?axillary lymph node dissection ALND?clinical and pathological data the patients with stage cT1-2N0 stage breast cancer, univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis method to study the clinical and pathological indexes and sentinel lymph node positive cT1-2N0 stage breast cancer axillary metastasis NSLN.Results:There are 84 cases of sentinel lymph node positive cT1-2N0 stage breast cancer patients, which were divided into two groups according to the status of the axillary NSLN postoperative pathology:the positive sentinel lymph node?NSLN+?group of 22cases and the sentinel lymph node negative NSLN?-?group 62 cases. The incidence of axillary non sentinel lymph node?NSLN?metastasis was 26.2%?22/84?.The results of single factor analysis showed that the number of tumor diameter?T?and the number of sentinel lymph node metastasis?SLN+?were related to the metastasis of axillary non-sentinel lymph?NSLN??P<0.05??table 3?.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the tumor diameter?T?and the number of sentinel lymph node metastasis?SLN+??P>0.05??table 4?.Conclusion:The number of tumor diameter?T?,the number of sentinel lymph node metastasis?SLN+?can be used as a risk factor for predicting axillary NSLN metastasis. But many factors in the analysis of the above two factors?SLNS+,T?had no statistical difference,is not independent risk factors for predicting axillary NSLN carcinoma metastasis, including sample size is relatively small, into the different criteria and regional difference may be caused by this study results do not agree with the SLNS prospectie study conclusion detected on international. In addition, the tumor diameter?T?and the number of sentinel lymph node metastases?SLN+?still have certain guidance and reference value in the clinical practice.
