In recent years,cancer is still one of the serious diseases that endanger people's lives in the world.A commonly used method for treating tumors clinically is surgery,and current traditional cancer treatments after surgery can not effectively inhibit tumor growth due to their short-term effects,incomplete treatment and obvious side effects.Therefore,a more safe,long-term,and systematic treatment strategies was needed to solve this problem.To solve the above problem,a synergistic cancer immunotherapy nano-system was developed combining nanotechnology with immunotherapy in this paper.This system can be used to rapidly kill a large number of primary tumors and inhibit the growth of residual tumors and distant tumors.The mechanism of this long-time,systemic therapeutic and secure system is:?1?MSNs-ICG-YM155 nanoparticles are used for killing a large number of primary tumors.The specific performance is:MSNs as the nanocarrier,indocyanine green?ICG?as the near-infrared?NIR?dye to enable photothermal therapy and YM155 as the survivinr inhibitor to enhance tumor inhibition effect in situ;?2?MNP@nSiO2-anti-CD47 nanoparticles are applied for inhibiting the growth of residual tumors and distant tumors.The specific performance is:silica nanoparticles?nSiO2?as the nanocarrier,magnetic nanoparticle?MNP?as the targeted agents,anti-CD47 antibody as the cancer immunotherapy agents to suppress the growth of residual tumors and distant tumors.Results proved that this system could efficiently inhibit primary tumor growth,benefit distant tumor inhibition in B16F10 subcutaneous tumour models,and may be applicable to various kinds of tumor models.This synergistic system can extend the life span of mice in the experimental group to more than 20 days,indicating the nice treatment effect to protect mice from cancer damage.In short,this synergistic cancer nano-immunotherapy system can effectively inhibit the growth of residual tumors and distant tumors,thereby prolonging the life cycle of animals.Therefore,this system is a good tumor treatment with great potential and provides important experimental evidence for clinical treatment.
