Clinical Risk Factors Of The Effect Of Linezolid On Hemoglobin

Abstract/Summary:
Object: To understand the clinical use of linezolid to reduce the incidence of hemoglobin and to explore the risk factors associated with hemoglobin reduction,to provide a reference for clinical safe use of linezolid.Method:The clinical data of patients discharged from the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to March 2018 using linezolid were collected,and the relevant risk factors recorded in the relevant literature were examined to calculate the basal hemoglobin(Hb)before administration.,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),medication regimen(d),and patient age and gender.A total of 746 cases were enrolled and excluded according to relevant criteria.122 cases were finally selected,and they were divided into hemoglobin-reduced group(group A)and hemoglobindeficient group(group B)according to whether hemoglobin was decreased.In this study,risk factors were analyzed for group A and group B,and the grouping of various factors in the hemoglobin-reduced group(group A)was compared to find out the impact of internal critical values.Result:1.There were 57 cases of hemoglobin reduction,accounting for 46.72% of the selected cases,and 65 cases of unreduced cases,accounting for 53.28% of the selected cases;The analysis results of A and B groups showed that basal hemoglobin and patient age were independent risk factors for hemoglobin reduction.2.Basal hemoglobin value: A group of cases of basal hemoglobin ≤ 105 g / L and basal hemoglobin > 105g/L data comparison analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The basal hemoglobin ≤ 105g/L in this study is a high risk factor for the reduction of hemoglobin after administration.3.Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST): There was no statistically significant difference in the data of patients with ALT and AST before and after treatment in group A.P>0.05).The abnormality of ALT and AST in this study was not a risk factor for hemoglobin reduction after drug administration.4.Total bilirubin(TBIL): There was no statistically significant difference in the data of normal TBIL patients and abnormal patients before treatment(P>0.05).Abnormal TBIL in this study was not a risk factor for hemoglobin reduction after administration.5.Medication course(d): A group of cases for d ≤7 and d > 7,d ≤ 15 and d > 15,d ≤ 20 and d > 20 data comparison analysis,the results show no significant difference Statistical significance(P>0.05).The length of medication used in this study was not a risk factor for hemoglobin reduction after administration.6.Age: The mean age of group A is about 10 years older than that of group B.The decrease of hemoglobin is related to the age of patients.Data from group A patients age ≥ 60 years and age <60 years were analyzed.The results showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The age≥60 years in this study is a high risk factor for the reduction of hemoglobin after drug administration.Conclusion:In this study,among the various risk factors for clinical use of linezolid to reduce hemoglobin,age and basal hemoglobin are independent risk factors for hemoglobin reduction;age≥60years,basal hemoglobin ≤ 105g/L,two factors High-risk factors;ALT,AST,TBIL abnormalities and length of medication did not appear to be a risk factor for hemoglobin reduction in this study.In this study,122 cases were selected and 57 cases of hemoglobin reduction,the incidence rate was 46.72%.
