Objective:To explore the effectiveness and value of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative management of mixed hemorrhoids, and to provide research basis for the optimization of perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were hospitalized in Affiliated hospital of zunyi medical university from February 2018 to August 2018 were selected for a study by random number table method.60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the requirements were divided into ERAS group and control group by random number table method.Among them, the control group adopted the perioperative routine treatment program; The ERAS group used the idea of ERAS to improve the perioperative management plan.Postoperative pain score at 12 h,1 d,2 d,5 d,number of postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, number of patients taking analgesic drugs after surgery, and number of patients with satisfactory pain management were evaluated in the two groups.Counting data(Gender, number of surgical incisions, urinary retention, perianal edema, anal flatulence, hematochezia, addition of analgesics, satisfactory number of patients in hospital pain management)were tested by chi-square.Measurement data of normal distribution(age, course of disease, pain score, length of stay)were expressed by mean standard deviation(x?s),and independent sample t test was adopted. Conclusions were drawn with or without statistical significance.Results:(1)Pain:the ratio of each index between the two groups,12 h,1 d,2 d,5 d after surgery(t=4.817,2.796,2.283,3.266,P<0.05),Thedifferencewasstatistically significant.(2)Complications(postoperativeurinaryretention,analflatulence,hematochezia,perianal edema)were compared between groups(?~2=4.320,6.667,4.800,4.812,P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of the number of patients treated with analgesic drugs(aminophenol, dihydrocodeine and pyrrhine)5days after surgery(?~2=22.528,5.455,P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of the number of patients with satisfactory inpatient pain management between the two groups(?~2=4.320,P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.(5)The number of patients in hospital with satisfactory management was compared between the two groups(t=-6.064,P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:ERAS concept applied in the perioperative period of circular mixed hemorrhoids can reduce the postoperative pain of patients, reduce postoperative complications, improve the patients'satisfaction in hospital, and shorten the hospitalization time.
