OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of “Blood-through” puncture and bloodletting therapy on patients with acute gouty arthritis through musculoskeletal ultrasound, scale and blood index,to verify its efficacy and safety, and to promote the use of Tongtong.“Traditional Chinese medicine for guiding the mind.”METHODS: Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The sputum group was treated with puncture and bloodletting combined with cupping therapy and basic therapy. The control group received basic therapy and oral celecoxib.During the study,1 case was removed from the sputum group,1 case was excluded,1 case was detached from the control group, and 57 cases were finally included. The treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 weeks, and the VAS scales were examined before the treatment and 1 day after the first treatment and after the end of the treatment. The muscles of the two groups were performed before and after treatment.Bone ultrasonography(including joint effusion, synovial hyperplasia, blood flow signal),VAS score sheet and laboratory examination(including blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate),data collection and statistical analysis using SPSS25.0 software, evaluation Use the pricking bloodletting therapy on the patient. Results: 1.One day after the first treatment, the VAS scores of the patients in the pricking blood group and the control group were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the VAS score group and the control group at the 1st day after the first treatment and the end of the treatment period(P<0.01).2.Semi-quantitative analysis of the joint effusion, synovial hyperplasia and blood flow signals of the affected joints of the two groups by musculoskeletal ultrasound. After treatment, the joint effusion, synovial hyperplasia and blood flow signals of the affected joints of the two groups were compared. There was a significant improvement before treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups in the joint joints, synovial hyperplasia and blood flow signal group.3.After treatment, the blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.This article statistically analyzes the scores of the VAS scale after treatment and 1 day after the first treatment and the end of the treatment. It is found that the “pass-through” pricking bloodletting therapy for gouty arthritis Patients with acute attack have analgesic effect and their effect is better than oral celecoxib.2.Semi-quantitative analysis of the joint effusion, synovial hyperplasia and blood flow signals of the affected joints before and after treatment by musculoskeletal ultrasound. It is found that the “Blood-through” pricking bloodletting therapy can improve the patient's joint effusion and slip.Membrane hyperplasia and blood flow signals, and the effect is better than oral celecoxib.3.Through statistical analysis of blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation level before and after treatment,it was found that the “Yi Tong Wei Yong”pricking bloodletting therapy has a lowering effect on blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with gouty arthritis, and the therapeutic effect is equivalent to oral elecoxib.
