Impacts On Lumbar Vertebrae Biomechanics And The TCM Symptoms Of Primary Osteoporosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Pattern Treat With Gujian Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of Gujian Decoction on the patients suffered from primary osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern in the biomechanics and TCM symptoms on the basis of clinical trials.It could also provide new ideas for the modern treatments for osteoporosis by means of the comparison with conventional anti-osteoporosis treatment programs.Methods:One hundred patients,in the first section of orthopedics department in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018,met the inclusion criteria with primary osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected to conduct an experiment on account of randomized controlled study.The patients were randomly divided into 50 cases of the experimental group?treat by Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D₃ Tablets,Calcitriol Soft Capsules and Gujian decoction?and 50 cases of the control group?treat by Caltrate,Calcitriol Soft Capsules?.During 3 months of continuous treatment,the patients could not take other drugs or health products that may affect bone metabolism.On the other hand,there should be an observation and comparison between the patients of the two groups about the lumbar vertebrae biomechanics?including lumbar lordosis index,sacral inclination?and the changes of TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment.In the end,the conclusion was drawn in accordance with comparison and analysis during the experiment,also the evaluation of the liver and kidney function should be monitored before and after the test.Results:1.There was no expulsion case in this experiment,and all the subjects in the whole experiment matched the inclusion conditions.2.There was no statistically difference in the results?P>0.05?performed on the gender ratio,age,BMI,the course of disease,and the bone density of the patients met the condition in the two groups,which could be compared.3.There was no significant difference in the lumbar spine biomechanics?including lumbar lordosis index,sacral inclination?between the subjects of the two groups?P>0.05?in terms of biomechanics,which was comparable.It could be shown according to the comparison between the two groups that the lumbar lordosis index and the sacral inclination were improved before the experiment?Zlumbar lordosis index=-8.618,P<0.05;Zsacral inclination=-4.306,P<0.05?,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the other group.4.When it comes to TCM symptoms,there was no statistically difference in TCM symptoms scores between the two groups before the experiment?P>0.05?,which could be compared.the TCM symptoms of the two groups,after the experiment,were better than before,and the TCM symptoms in the experimental group were more effective than the control group?P<0.05?.5.The test results about blood calcium and liver and kidney function of the subjects were all within normal limits before and after the experiment.Furthermore,there was no difference in the statistical test between the groups or within the group?P<0.05?,that is,no patients had obvious adverse reactions under the two conditions.Conclusion:Gujian Decoction not only offers more advantages over traditional anti-osteoporosis treatment in improving lumbar vertebrae biomechanics?including lumbar lordosis index and sacral inclination?and TCM symptoms of the patients suffered from osteoporosis,but also offers no obvious harmful side effects.
