| Objective To investigate the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of Fuchunsan1 on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and to clarify the sensitive spectrum of Fuchunsan1 and Appropriate concentration;explore the therapeutic effect of Fuchunsan1 on chronic wound infection of diabetes. Methods By measuring the minimum inhibition of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa by Fuchunsan1 Concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC),the in vitro antibacterial activity of Fuchunsan1 on the above six common bacteria in our department was studied, and the sensitive spectrum and suitable concentration of Fuchunsan1 were determined.2.According to the hospitalization order,90 patients with chronic wounds in our department were randomly divided into three groups according to the hospitalization method.Potassium permanganate solution(1:5000)was used as the positive control group, and normal saline was used as the negative control group.Taking Fuchunsan 1 solution as the experimental group, the bacterial colony changes of wounds and soaking liquid before and after soaking were calculated by plate colony counting method, and the antibacterial properties of the three groups were compared.Thetreatment of Fuchunsan1 soaking for chronic wound infection of diabetes was investigated.effect.Results 1.The minimum inhibitory concentration: Fuchunsan1 had a MIC of 64g/L for Pseudomonas aeruginosa;MIC of 0.5g/L for Escherichia coli;and 64g/L for Acinetobacter Baumannii;MIC of 128g/L for the K.pneumoniae group;0.25g/L for the Staphylococcus aureus group;and 0.25g/L for the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus group. The minimum bactericidal concentration: Fuchunsan1 against Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus MBC is 0.5g/L,against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii, pneumonia There is no minimum bactericidal concentration of ribobacter in the concentration of Fuchunsan1 between 0.0625g/L and256g/L.2.Wound surface: There was significant difference between Fuchunsan1 group and saline group(P≤0.05),no significant difference compared with potassium permanganate solution(1:5000)group(P>0.05);soaking solution There was no significant difference between the replenishing solution of Fuchunsan1 soaking solution and potassium permanganate(1:5000)solution(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference(P≤0.05)between the physiological saline solution and the soaking solution. Conclusion 1.Fuchunsan1 is sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, and the minimum concentration for inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is 0.25g/L.The minimum concentration of Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is 0.5g/L;no bactericidal effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae The concentration of Fuchunsan1 required to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli is 0.5g/L,and it is necessary to inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae. It is 64-128g/L.2.Fuchunsan1 is effective in treating chronic wound infectionof diabetes by local immersion. |
