Clinical Observation Of Tenglong Fuqi Prescription In The Treatment Of Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold-dampness Blockage Type

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tenglong Fuqi prescription in treating acute stage rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness blockage type.MethodsA total of 60 patients with acute stage rheumatoid arthritis(cold-dampness obstruction type)diagnosed in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine and rheumatology and immunology of Ningxia Medical University general hospital were observed.With the method of single blind,randomized,controlled,according to random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases each,and they were treated with western medicine routinely.Combined with Professor Zhao Kai clinical experience for many years,the treatment group was treated with Tenglong Fuqi Fang as the basic prescription,while the control group was treated with Fengfenggutong Capsule orally.after three courses,observe two groups of patients before and after the number of joint swelling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness time,main laboratory index(ESR,CRP,fight "O",RF),DAS28,TCM syndrome integral,quantitative DAS28 efficacy evaluation and safety indicators,using SPSS21.O statistical analysis of the data,in order to evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Tenglong Fuqi Fang in the treatment of acute stage rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type.ResultsSixty subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.In both groups,there was no shedding or elimination.During the whole treatment process,the total effective rate of the two groups in treating acute stage rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness obstruction type was significantly different.According to the analysis of statistical results,there was a statistical difference in the evaluation of western medicine efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),in which the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%.There was also a statistical difference in the efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05),in which the total effective rate of the control group was73.33% and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.In terms of clinical efficacy observation indexes,there were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were also statistical differences in the clinical efficacy observation indexes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Safety analysis:during the whole treatment observation process,1 case of gastrointestinal reaction was found in the treatment group,which was mainly manifested as nausea and retching.Ginger and Perilla leaves were added into the recipe,and the symptoms were alleviated after 1 week.In the control group,there was 1 case of leukopenia and 2 cases of nausea and vomiting.The symptoms were alleviated after the dosage of methotrexate was reduced by 2.5mg.At the end of observation,blood routine,liver function,kidney function,urine routine,fecal + occult blood routine and electrocardiogram results of 60 subjects showed no special abnormalities.ConclusionTenglong Fuqi Decoction has obvious clinical effect in treating acute stage rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type,and has high safety,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
