Objective: To investigate four kinds of Mbcardial injury markers of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Mbglobin(Mb),creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB subtype(CK-MB)in benign and malignant breast.The clinical features and pathological features of the tumor are judged as clinical application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods: A total of 200 patients with breast cancer who were diagnosed with breast cancer and 200 patients with benign breast cancer were enrolled from January 2016 to January 2018 in the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.The general information of the two groups of patients and the pre-treatment lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Mbglobin(Mb),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB subtype(CK-MB)four were recorded.Serological markers of Mbcardial injury markers,and the pathological diagnosis,molecular typing,TNM staging,etc.after treatment were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in age,menopausal status,marital status,and fertility status between breast benign and malignant tumors(P>0.05).The LDH and Mb levels in breast malignant tumors were higher than those in benign breast tumors.Significance(P<0.05);stage I,stage II,stage IV,Luminal type A,Luminal type B,triple negative type,estrogen and progesterone receptor positive type,estrogen and progesterone receptor negative type,HER-2 negative type breast malignancy The LDH content of the tumor was higher than that of the benign breast tumor,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Mb content of the estrogen receptor-positive breast malignant tumor was higher than that of the benign breast tumor,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CK content of stage I breast malignant tumor was higher than that of benign breast tumor,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the area under the curve(AUC)of LDH diagnosis of breast malignant tumor was 0.616,at the optimal threshold of 151.5 U/L.The sensitivity was 86.5% and the specificity was 35.5%.The area under the curve(AUC)of Mb diagnosis of breast malignant tumor was 0.558,and the sensitivity was 24.5% and the specificity was 86.5% at the optimal threshold of 141.6 ng/m L.The area under the curve(AUC)for the diagnosis of breast malignant tumors by LDH and Mb was 0.640,and the sensitivity was 68.5% and the specificity was 53.0% at the optimal threshold of 0.466.Conclusion: 1.The content of LDH and Mb in breast malignant tumors is higher than that in benign breast tumors,and has nothing to do with TNM staging,molecular typing,estrogen and progesterone receptor status,and HER-2 expression status in breast malignant tumors.2.LDH and Mb are valuable in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.They can be used as one of the indicators for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.The diagnostic value of LDH is higher than that of Mb.The combined diagnosis can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
