| Hierarchy diagnosis is one of the important contents to deepen the reform of the medical and health system,guarantee and improve people’s livelihood,especially in the rational allocation of medical resources and the promotion of equalization of basic medical and health services.As a participant in the construction of grading clinics,primary healthcare workers directly affects the effectiveness of hierarchy diagnosis construction.Therefore,studying the job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in the context of hierarchy diagnosis has important theoretical and practical significance for the continuous advancement of hierarchy diagnosis.This paper first sorts out the concepts of hierarchy diagnosis,primary health care institutions and job satisfaction,and elaborates theories of social division theory,stakeholder theory and expectation theory.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of hierarchy diagnosis construction,through expert consultation and special group discussion,design a questionnaire for job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in the context of hierarchy diagnosis.The questionnaire was scored by Likert’s five-point method,including:sociodemographic characteristics,policy cognition,cognition after hierarchy diagnosis,and job satisfaction after hierarchy diagnosis.Using SPSS22.0 to analyze the data statistically,through factor analysis,find out the influencing factors of job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in the context of hierarchy diagnosis are put forward.The study shows that the average score of job satisfaction of primary healthcare workers in the context of hierarchy diagnosis is 73.71±13.52;among the level of understanding of the hierarchy diagnosis policy by primary healthcare workers,the“complete understanding”and“relative understanding”account for 55.36%.Among them,“complete understanding”only accounted for 14.99%;after analyzing the characteristics of sociodemographics,it was found that the household registration,work unit and average working time had statistical significance for the total job satisfaction score(P<0.05);The analysis found that the following seven factors:working hours,welfare benefits,work burden,unit salary distribution,basic drug system construction,the government’s emphasis on public health service capacity building and the number of patients treated,etc.,are the primary healthcare workers in the context of hierarchy diagnosis.The main influencing factors of job satisfaction.On this basis,the following countermeasures are proposed:Increase financial input to grassroots medical and health institutions,strengthen infrastructure construction,change talent training mode;improve the level of awareness of primary healthcare workers on hierarchy diagnosis,broaden policy understanding,improve policy understanding,and safeguard basic rights of primary healthcare workers to improve the income level of hierarchy diagnosis,improve the working environment of primary healthcare workers;expand the development space of primary healthcare workers,meet the training needs of primary healthcare workers,and reform the title evaluation of primary healthcare workers. |
