| Objective:To explore the common influence factors of PCOS patients who are in reproductive age in the region, analyze the correlation between their dietary intake and the occurrence of PCOS,and provide basic data and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of PCOS,especially for further dietary intervention. Methods:A case-control study was conducted with 100 confirmed PCOS patients as the case group and 100 healthy women as the control group. The questionnaires were designed including demographic information, personal health status, family history, eating habits and dietary intake. The database was established by Epidata3.0,and were performed by SPSS 20.0 software.Single factor regression analysis was used to analyze the basic situations.Logistic regression analysis was performed on univariate factors with the significant meaningful basic situations, and factor analysis method was used to extract and evaluate the dietary pattern.Results:1.Comparison of basic information: the relationship between the two groups with BMI,residence during puberty, per capita monthly income, parental hypertension and early baldness, maternal obesity and diabetes was statistical(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that overweight, obesity and maternal diabetes were the risk factors for PCOS.Per capita monthly income of more than 5000 yuan is the protective factor of PCOS.2.Eating habits analysis: the distributions of regular meals, dietary tastes, daily drinks, binge eating habits, daily average water intake, the number of meals and eating out between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Analysis of food intake: the average daily intake of potato, beans, vegetables, fish, shrimp, milk and eggs in the case group was lower than that of the control group, while the intake of meat, snacks and beverages was higher(P < 0.05).4.Dietary pattern analysis: three dietary patterns were extracted and named as healthy pattern, meat pattern and ready-to-eat pattern. The ready-to-eat model and health model accounted for 55% and 19% respectively in the case group, while the healthy pattern in the control group accounted for 77%.There were significant differences between two groups in the three dietary patterns(P < 0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis show that the ready-to-eat pattern and meat pattern can increase the risk of PCOS.Conclusions:1.Overweight and obesity, per capita monthly income and maternal diabetes are the common influencing factors of PCOS at reproductive age women in this region.2.Poor dietary habits,ready-to-eat dietary patterns and meat pattern are risk factors for PCOS. |
