Objective:Comparatively analysing the evaluating value of advanced dynamic flow(ADF)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)for stent patency of patients after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with tips who underwent ultrasound ADF and CDFI and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)examination from September 2016 to may 2018 in Shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university were selected to grade the patency of TIPS stent according to the results of ADF,CDFI and CEUS examination.the results of CEUS examination were used as gold standard. The TOSHIBA apilo-500 color Doppler flow imaging ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used. The instrument was measured with convex array probe(center frequency:3.5MHz).The ultrasound contrast agent is SonoVue(Brocca,Italy).SPSS23.0 Statistics was used to analyze and Cohen's Kappa test was used to test the consistency of ADF and CEUS results,CDFI and CEUS results respectively.Using z test to test Kappa value,P <0.05 is statistically significant. Results: The degree of consistency between ADF and CEUS in evaluating the patency of stents after TIPS was extremely strong(Kappa = 0.902,P < 0.05),the degree of consistency between CDFI and CEUS in evaluating the patency of stents after TIPS was moderate(Kappa = 0.423,P < 0.05),After Z test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Compared with CDFI,ADF is more sensitive to evaluate stent patency after TIPS and has good clinical application value.
