| Objective : To investigate the correlation between texture of Arterial Enhancement Fraction imaging and expression level of pathohistology index in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Collecting cases of hepatocellular carcinoma with pathohistology examination during September 2016 to September 2018 in Shengjing hospital retrospectively,in which patients haven’t received any medical intervention before liver enhancement CT,colleting and organizing the images of CT texts and data of pathohistology examination.Processing the liver enhancement CT images of hepatocellular carcinoma patients using CT Kinetics software to obtain AEF pseudo-color mapping and texture features of these images, analyzing the relationship between texture features and expression level of pathohistology indicators by SPSS20.0.Results: Texture features have no statistic difference between AFP positive and negative group(P>0.05);there is no statistic difference between P53 positive and negative group(P>0.05),and in P53 positive group no linear relationship was found between P53 expression quantity and texture features;there is positive correlation between Ki-67 expression quantity and texture features, those features are standard deviation, variance and range, and the correlation coefficients are 0.355、0.384、0.359(P<0.05),texture parameter uniformity has positive correlation with expression quantity of Ki-67,correlation coefficient is-1.419(P<0.05).Conclusion: In this study,With the increasing of Ki-67 expression quantity, texture of AEF image will be more chaos. No statistical difference is found between AFP negative/positive group or P53 negative/positive group with AEF pseudo-color images texture parameters. There is no statistical correlation in quantitative analysis of P53 expression level and AEF pseudo-color images texture parameters. |
