| Objective: In recent years, the survival rate of patients with renal cell carcinoma(RCC)has increased. However, data on the risk of other primary malignancies after diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma is very limited. This article uses data from the top three hospitals in Shenyang City between 2013 and 2018 to estimate the risk of developing other primary tumors in patients with renal cell carcinoma. In addition, the paper also investigated the impact of other primary tumors on the survival of RCC patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 137 patients with multiple primary malignant neoplasms including renal cell carcinoma was performed and the clinical outcomes and clinical outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results: From January 2013 to December 2018,137 patients diagnosed and treated in several hospitals in Shenyang City, including patients with multiple primary malignant tumors of renal cell carcinoma, including the most malignant tumors reported in the respiratory system and digestive system,88 cases of males,59 cases of women. Conclusion: Multi-primary malignant tumors associated with renal cell carcinoma are rare, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary cancers of renal cell carcinoma is very complicated.Clinicians need to improve the diagnosis of multiple primary malignant tumors and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. The risk of secondary malignancy is significantly higher in patients with renal cell carcinoma, indicating that such patients require early detection and management. |
